Geoffrey Wright has a background in business development, technical sales, software development, and project management. Currently, Geoffrey serves as a Business & Funding Specialist at Alaska SBDC and as the Head Coach / Site Director at Nordic Skiing Association of Anchorage. Prior to this, Geoffrey was a managing partner at Pango Technology and has experience working at Integrity Solutions, Inc., University of Alaska Anchorage, and Internet Alaska. Geoffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
Alaska SBDC
The Alaska SBDC helps small businesses grow throughout Alaska via its expanding online resources and business management expertise. The Alaska SBDC provides resources, advice, and assistance that help small businesses grow and create measurable economic impact throughout Alaska. Assistance is provided by experienced business advisors and experts through on-site and/or online interactions or training, and at no cost to clients. The Alaska SBDC is funded, in part, by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), as well as matching funds from the state of Alaska, and contributions from partner boroughs, cities, and other stewards throughout the state. This statewide program is hosted by the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) through the Business Enterprise Institute (BEI).
