Jesus Ruiz

Jesus Ruiz has extensive experience in blockchain technology and digital identity, currently serving as a Member of the Board and CTO at Alastria Blockchain Ecosystem, aimed at accelerating digital transformation across industries. At IN2 INGENIERIA DE LA INFORMACION, Jesus leads digital identity initiatives and advises on emerging technologies. Additionally, as DLT/Blockchain integration leader at FIWARE, Jesus drives the integration of blockchain solutions within the organization. Prior roles include Interim CTO at Bornea Digital Assets, significant contributions at Banco Santander focusing on blockchain and Industry 4.0, and leadership positions at ISBAN and the Center for Open Middleware. Jesus began a career in technology management in 1998, notably growing SGO Software's banking unit significantly. Jesus holds a degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
