Abdulaziz Almedaires

Abdulaziz Almedaires is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in controllership, financial planning, and investment management. Currently serving as Vice President & Controller at Alat since April 2024, Almedaires previously held significant roles at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, including Acting General Manager for Controllership & Reporting and Director of Financial Planning & Sustainability. Prior to this, Almedaires was an Investment Manager at Fawaz Al Hokair Group and spent several years at SABIC in various analytical and financial positions, demonstrating expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial processes, and IFRS convergence. Almedaires holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and an MBA in International Business from the University of St. Thomas (TX).
