Dhari Almudaifer

Dhari Almudaifer is a seasoned professional in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Corporate Development Executive Director - Head of Deal Strategy and Execution at Alat since September 2023. Previously, Dhari held the position of Mergers and Acquisitions Leader at SABCI Agri-Nutrients from January 2022 to September 2023, where responsibilities included driving growth through strategic acquisitions, establishing governance processes, and leading successful integration efforts. As Transformation Office Leader at SABCI, Dhari developed a comprehensive roadmap for a new operating model, and during a tenure at SABIC from July 2013 to December 2021, Dhari managed transformation projects and project portfolios, achieving notable enhancements in project execution and efficiency. Dhari’s educational background includes degrees from INSEAD, Columbia Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
