Philip Osborne Ceng

Philip Osborne CEng MBA has a diverse work experience in the engineering field, specializing in automation and control systems. Philip currently holds the role of Lead Automation Engineer at Alatas Crane Services Worldwide. Prior to this, they worked at Daifuku Logan Ltd as an Integration Manager from 2019 to 2021. At ACE Winches, they served as the Electrical & Control Lead Engineer, managing a team and delivering electrical and control solutions to the offshore service industry. Earlier in their career, they worked at Sparrows Group as an Engineering Team Leader and Senior Project Engineer, focusing on delivering PLC solutions for the offshore industry. Philip also gained experience at City Response Limited as a Consultant and at Logan Teleflex as a Controls/Electrical Design Engineer, where they were responsible for project management and commissioning of control systems. Philip Osborne CEng MBA attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained an MBA in Business Administration. Prior to that, they studied at Leeds Beckett University from 2007 to 2010, earning a BEng (Hons) in Engineering Technology. In 2004 to 2006, they attended both Hull College and Humberside Engineering Training Association (H.E.T.A), obtaining a HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Hull College and an NVQ4 in Engineering Management from H.E.T.A.
