Sean Menkes

Sean Menkes is currently the VP of Office & Retail at Menkes Developments at Alate Partners. Sean has over 10 years of experience in the industry, starting their career as an analyst at UBS in 2008. Sean then spent two summers as an analyst at Barclays Capital before joining RBC Capital Markets as an investment banking analyst in 2011. Sean spent the next two years at RBC before joining Alignvest Capital Management as an analyst in 2013. Sean then returned to Menkes Developments Ltd. in 2014, where they spent the next five years as a Development Manager before being promoted to Director, Office/Retail in 2019.

Sean Menkes has a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University - Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. Sean also has a BSBA in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
