Gaurav Srivastava

Gaurav Srivastava is a seasoned professional in the field of software development and testing with a focus on performance and chaos testing. Currently serving as a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Sr SDET) at Alation since November 2022, Gaurav's responsibilities include chaos testing of microservices, defining service level objectives (SLOs), and planning new releases. Prior experience includes roles as Project Lead and Senior Engineering Lead at Persistent Systems and Oracle, respectively, where Gaurav specialized in proof of concepts for chaos testing and identifying critical business scenarios. Gaurav began a career in performance engineering at Mindtree, gaining over five years of valuable experience. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Vishveshwarya Group of Institutions.
