Sam Essalat

Sam Essalat has an extensive legal background, starting from being a Legal Intern/Law Clerk at Dillingham & Murphy LLP in 2007 to their current role as a Senior Commercial Counsel at Alation. Throughout their roles at various companies such as Branch, Wind River, WalkMe™, and more, Sam has shown expertise in advising on SaaS commercial transactions, drafting legal agreements, driving revenue recognition, and providing training on legal processes. With a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara, Sam has built a strong foundation in the legal field.
