Game Development and Operations

The Game Development and Operations team at Alawar is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of game production, from initial concept through to release and post-launch support. This includes coordinating game localization, ensuring quality assurance, and managing operations to oversee the distribution of games across various platforms. The team includes roles such as the Head Of Games Operations, who manages overall project timelines and strategy; the Quality Assurance Lead, who ensures the games are polished and bug-free; the Freelance Game Translator, who adapts games for international markets; and the Head Of Localization Department, who oversees the translation and cultural adaptation process.
