Krismita Shrestha

Krismita Shrestha is a dedicated business professional with extensive experience in various managerial and specialist roles at Alaya since November 2019, including Business Support Manager, Workflow Manager - Outsourcing, Trainer in Learning and Development, and Loan Processing Specialist. Prior to this, Krismita held internship positions at Nepal Bangladesh Bank Ltd. and Canopy Nepal in 2018 and 2017, respectively. Educationally, Krismita is pursuing a Masters in Business Administration - Executive at Kathmandu University School of Management, expected to be completed in February 2026, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors in Finance from the same institution, completed in 2019. Additional educational background includes attendance at Vishwa Adarsha College and Peace Zone Residential Higher Secondary School.
