Juan Manuel Giner Gonzalez is the current Managing Partner at ALAYA CAPITAL. Prior to this role, he served as a Mentor at Universidad de San Andrés and held various executive positions at ARCAP, SH&Partners, HINCH.AS, Miele S.A., Salentein Fruit S.A., Monte Quieto S.A., Frigorifico O´Higgins S.A., and Goyaike within the Perez Companc Group. Juan Manuel's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires. He also completed his Bachelor's degree at Colegio Carmen Arriola de Marin.
