Geoff Darling

Geoff Darling has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Geoff currently holds the position of Chief Revenue Officer at AlayaCare since October 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the SVP Corporate Development and Strategy at AlayaCare from November 2022 to November 2023, and as the VP Product Marketing & Strategy from January 2022 to November 2022. Before joining AlayaCare, Geoff worked at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets for a significant duration. Geoff'sroles at Scotiabank included Managing Director, Head of Portfolio and NCIB Trading from October 2018 to January 2022, Director Institutional Equity Trading from May 2007 to October 2018, and Equity Research Associate, Technology from April 2005 to August 2007.

Geoff Darling holds a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Toronto, completed in 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Physics from Queen's University in 2001. Geoff also has additional certifications, including being a Charterholder from the CFA Institute since 2008 and a P. Eng from Professional Engineers Ontario since 2005. In 2018, they completed the "Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy" course from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
