Gosia Radaczynska

Gosia Radaczynska has an extensive work experience spanning from 2003 to the present. Gosia is currently employed at AlayaCare as the SVP of Client Success since July 2021. Prior to AlayaCare, they worked at Think Research from 2011 to 2017, serving in various roles including Program Director and Senior Project Manager in Client Success. Gosia also gained experience in marketing and communications as a Freelance Consultant from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they worked for the 41st Federal Election Campaign in 2011 as the Team Lead for Digital Communications. Gosia's earlier career includes roles in business development at Juntos Collaborative Inc. in 2008, and as Chargée d'Affaires at the Global Conference on the Prevention of Genocide at McGill University in 2007. Gosia also worked at McGill University's Faculty of Medicine and Faculty Development from 2005 to 2007, and at IRSAM Inc. as Vice-President of Internal Operations from 2004 to 2005. Gosia began their career as an Assistant to Congress Manager and Volunteer Coordinator at the 12th International Congress of Immunology and 4th Annual Congress of FOCIS in Montreal in 2003.

Gosia Radaczynska obtained a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma Methodology from Six Sigma.US in 2014. Gosia also studied Political Science and International Relations at McGill University.
