Alan Mories is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in project management and consultancy. Currently serving as an IT Product Owner at Together since April 2024, Alan has extensive experience managing IT projects and teams across various financial institutions, including roles such as IT Project Manager at Alba Bank and Workstream Project Manager at BNP Paribas and Lloyds Banking Group. Alan founded Mories Consulting Limited in February 2013, providing consultancy in IT project management, test management, and software testing. With a solid educational foundation including a B.Eng (Hons) in Product Design Engineering from the University of Glasgow and a PgD (Distinction) in IT with Oracle Database Development from the University of the West of Scotland, Alan combines technical expertise with leadership capabilities to successfully deliver complex IT solutions in the banking sector.
