Andrew Lewis is an accomplished risk management professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Chief Risk Officer at AlbaCo Ltd since September 2023, Andrew also holds the position of Chair of the Board of Trustees at The Tofauti Foundation since February 2020. Previously, Andrew was the Chief Risk Officer at Aldermore Bank from November 2020 to August 2023 and a Partner at Bain & Company, specializing in financial services. As the founder and Executive Chairman of Esme Loans, Andrew launched a digital platform for alternative finance targeting Small and Medium Enterprises in the UK. With a distinguished tenure at NatWest Group spanning over two decades, Andrew held multiple key roles including Managing Director of Commercial & Private Banking and Head of Enterprise Risk Management. Andrew's educational background includes a BSc in Joint Honours, Mathematics & Management Science from King's College London.
