Victor Henning

Victor Henning is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Fjorden and leading the development of Leica LUX at Leica Camera AG. Henning founded Fjorden to revolutionize smartphone photography with DSLR-like controls. In addition to their role at Fjorden, Henning invests in several startups, including Alba Health, Breyta.io, PANGEA, MobileBoost, Insolight, ecoworks, Variable, and Puraffinity Ltd, fostering innovation across diverse sectors such as health, technology, adventure gear, and sustainability. Henning holds a Ph.D. in Marketing, Consumer Research, and Social Psychology from Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and an MBA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, complemented by exchange programs in Business Administration at Université libre de Bruxelles and BI Norwegian Business School.
