Madeline Shott

Madeline Shott is an experienced ESG professional currently serving as the ESG Manager at AlbaCore Capital Group since September 2024. Previously, Madeline worked as the ESG Lead at Hayfin Capital Management LLP from September 2023 to September 2024, and held roles at Tesco Pension Investments as a Senior Analyst and ESG Analyst from March 2022 to September 2023. Madeline's earlier experience includes various positions at M&G Investments, where responsibilities spanned from Public Debt Fund Manager's Assistant to Fixed Income Junior Sales Associate, between August 2015 and February 2022, and an internship in Responsible Investment at Newton Investment Management in July 2014. Madeline graduated with a degree in Geography from the University of Oxford in 2015.
