Irena Kreci has extensive experience in financial management and compliance, currently serving as the Chief Compliance & Control Officer and Chief Audit Executive at the Albanian - American Development Foundation and as Chief Financial Officer of the Albanian-American Enterprise Fund since December 2014. Prior to these roles, Irena was Head of Product Management and Commercial Organisation at Société Générale Albania SA, overseeing commercial activities and market analysis for the Business Banking Division. Irena's background also includes a position as Audit Senior Manager at Grant Thornton Albania, responsible for auditing engagements and client development, as well as serving as Audit Assistant Manager at KPMG, where responsibilities included audit management and financial reporting. Irena holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Tirana.
