Rabih Mezher

Mr. Rabih is a Business Administration graduate from the University of Notre Dame, Lebanon, with specialisation in cost and finance, has his MBA on-going from the Lebanese American University.

He has extensive GCC Knowledge, over 13 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas projects including mining and Refining, in Cost Control and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Procurement, Project Controls and Interface Management. He has extensive Project cycle experience including IDENTIFY phase, Feasibility studies, SELECT phase, FEED phase, Detailed Design, EPC, EPCM (EXECUTE phase) and PMC mandates.

Mr. Rabih has outstanding ability to identify and analyse any encountered problem and then develop and recommend potential solutions with special strength in leading highly complex groups and projects.
