Kelsey Addy

Kelsey Addy is the Strategic Planner at CARES, Inc. Kelsey works with homeless service and housing providers to create community-wide strategic plans to address homelessness throughout New York State. She works with agencies to collect information on homelessness needs through community forums, client focus-groups and HUD best practices, in order to prioritize strategies to best address homelessness as a community.
