Karolyn (Kallie) Swanbom is a Victim Witness Advocate at Albany County Government, serving since September 2016 as part of the Albany County Crime Victim Witness Program. Prior experience includes a role as Third Key (Shift Manager) at Boot Barn, where promotion occurred from Sales Associate, and as a Pet Care Specialist at PetSmart, managing the care of up to 15 dogs and handling customer interactions. Additional experience was gained as a Physical Therapist Aide at Anchor Physical Therapy, providing support to patients and therapists. Karolyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Wyoming, earned between 2012 and 2016.
