Mike Banks

Mike Banks serves as the President of Grand Street Community Arts since January 2016 and has been actively involved in youth lacrosse coaching at Albany High School since July 2012, holding roles as Ass't Varsity Mens Lacrosse Coach and Head Modified Lacrosse Coach. As a self-employed actor since October 2007, Mike Banks has experience in stage, film, commercial, and radio performances. Additional professional experience includes a brief tenure as a Site Supervisor at JAFJR Construction in 2016 and several years as a Program Coordinator/Youth Program Facilitator/Case Manager at the Department of Recreation, Youth & Workforce Service from October 2012 to June 2016, where responsibilities included program development and community partnership building. Mike Banks holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University at Albany, obtained in 2011, and is a graduate of Brien McMahon High School.
