Phil McGrail

Phil McGrail, PMP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Global Projects at Albany Engineered Composites, leading the engineering projects for LEAP fan blades and managing a portfolio of approximately 30 projects with a total CapEx budget of around $10 million. With extensive experience in project management, Phil has standardized processes across international teams, facilitated global communication, and developed a data-driven planning tool integral to the company's long-term business strategy. Previous roles include Senior IPT Lead, Weaving Equipment Team Manager, and Lead Mechanical Engineer at Varian Semiconductor, where Phil led multi-disciplinary teams in the design of advanced engineering systems. Phil holds an MBA from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
