Richard Weist

Richard Weist, MST, is a senior engineer with extensive experience in aerospace carbon fiber composite production, currently working at Albany Engineered Composites. Richard manages all technical aspects for Rolls-Royce programs, overseeing a team and specializing in processes such as resin transfer molding and dimensional inspection. Previous roles include Engineering Lead for the JSF Program and Manufacturing Process Engineer II, where Richard focused on defect analysis and process improvement. At CFAN Company, Richard held various leadership roles, achieving significant reductions in work-in-progress inventory and enhancing operational efficiency. Richard holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
