Sam Hoye

Sam Hoye, MBA, MS, CSP is a seasoned Health, Safety and Environmental professional with extensive experience managing employee safety across multiple industries. As Health, Safety and Environmental Manager at Albany Engineered Composites since May 2022, Sam led the company to recognition as one of America's top six safest companies by EHS Today in 2025, overseeing the health and safety of approximately 350 employees across three facilities. Previous roles include EHS Manager at Epredia, where safety was managed for around 300 employees, and Northeast Regional HSE Manager at Smiths Medical, achieving significant reductions in recordable injuries. Sam holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, a Master of Science in Safety and Occupational Health from Keene State College, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
