Ashley Malphrus, RHIA, CCS, CDIP, currently serves as the Chief of Health Information Management at the Stratton VA Medical Center since January 2020, overseeing key departments including Medical Coding and Health Informatics. With a wealth of experience, Ashley has also worked as an Inpatient Coder at Albany Medical Center since May 2014 and held various roles including Assistant Chief, Coding Supervisor, and Medical Coder at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from November 2008 to January 2020.
