Jean Colaneri

Jean Colaneri has extensive experience in nursing, specifically within the renal transplant field. Currently serving as a Nurse Practitioner at Albany Medical College since 2005, Jean Colaneri has provided care for outpatient renal transplant recipients, focusing on medication management and patient education. In addition, Jean Colaneri has volunteered with the Northeast Kidney Foundation since 2000, where participation includes coordination of education programs for dialysis nurses and involvement in fundraising events. Jean Colaneri has also worked at Albany Medical Center and LeaderStat as a Clinical Nurse Specialist/Nurse Practitioner since December 1989, coordinating care for both inpatients and outpatients related to renal transplant and vascular access patients. Jean Colaneri holds a Master of Science in Nursing Education from The Sage Colleges, obtained from 1983 to 1989.
