Joseph Kalet, MD, currently serves as a Pediatric Anesthesiologist and Co-Director of the Medical Student Anesthesia Clerkship at Albany Medical Center since August 2022. In this role, Joseph co-directs the anesthesia clerkship for 4th-year medical students and oversees anesthesia grand rounds. Previously, Joseph completed a Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship at Texas Children's Hospital from August 2021 to July 2022 and held the position of Chief Anesthesia Resident at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from July 2018 to June 2021, where Joseph also completed a residency in anesthesia. Earlier experience includes serving as a Preliminary Medicine Intern at SUNY Upstate Medical University Hospital from July 2017 to June 2018. Joseph earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Upstate Medical University in 2017 and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Le Moyne College in 2013.
