Kim Williams

Kim Williams, MBA, has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, currently serving as Practice COO at Albany Medical Center since October 2005. With a focus on driving strategic initiatives through the Enterprise Project Management Office, Kim leads projects utilizing lean principles to ensure accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Previous roles include Vice President of the Center for Excellence, Director of System Clinical Analytics & Initiatives, Associate Director of Clinical Quality Analytics, Decision Support Manager, and Sr. Applications Analyst. Additionally, Kim serves as an instructor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Albany Medical College. Academic credentials include an MBA from The Sage Colleges-Sage Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Siena University.
