Noel Hogan

Noel Hogan currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Albany Medical Center, a position held since June 2008. Prior to this, Noel Hogan worked at Siena College for over two decades, where roles included Vice President for Enrollment & Planning, Vice President for Enrollment Management, Dean of Enrollment Management, and Treasurer. Educational qualifications include an Ed.D. in Management of Higher Education Institutions from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA in Finance and Management Information Science from the University at Albany, and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Pace University-Pleasantville/Briarcliff Campus.
