David Mackey

David Mackey has worked in recruitment for over 20 years. David is currently the Director of Interim at Albany Partners. Prior to this, they were the Lead Recruiter at Polestar, where they led a team of 5 and helped hire 140 new employees into Polestar’s Digital team over 12 months. David has also worked as the Head of UK & International Projects at Safemind, and as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Citihub Digital, a Synechron company.

David Mackey has a MSc in Sports Management and the Business of Football from Birkbeck, University of London, as well as a BA in American Studies from the University of Birmingham.

David Mackey reports to James Goodrich, Founder & CEO. David Mackey works with Louise Granger - Principal, Nicole Schneider - Head of Operations & EA to James Goodrich, and Tobias Champion - Research Analyst.
