Henry Draper

Henry Draper is a senior partner at Albany Partners, a leading executive search and talent advisory firm. Prior to joining Albany Partners, Henry was a partner at La Fosse Associates, where they led the Technology and Sales/Commercial practices.

Henry has over 10 years of experience in executive search and talent advisory, and has helped companies across Europe and the US find the right leaders for their organizations. Henry has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by high growth and established companies, and is well-positioned to help them find the executives that will enable them to transform and grow.

Henry Draper attended the King Edwards VI Grammar School before going on to study Architectural Engineering at the University of Westminster. Henry then completed a Unit 3 Derivatives course at The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI).
