Kieran Busby

Kieran Busby is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate, Researcher, and Research Analyst at Albany Partners since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kieran held the position of Trainee Detective Constable at Sussex Police from January 2021 to December 2021, having been part of the 2021 cohort in PoliceNOW's fast track to detective graduate program. Kieran's career began at Waitrose & Partners as a Sales Assistant from August 2015 to September 2016. Kieran holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Southampton (2016-2019) and completed A levels in Geography (A*), Biology (A), and Chemistry (C) at Uckfield College Sixth Form (2014-2016). Kieran also achieved 12 GCSEs at grades A*/A and an A grade AS level in Critical Thinking at Uckfield College (2012-2014).
