Louise Granger

Lou brings over seven years’ experience in executive search and has an established reputation with some of the world’s leading and emerging growth companies. As a Senior Consultant, Lou is responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end searches at Albany. She is passionate about building teams that enable businesses to scale rapidly and expand globally.

Prior to joining Albany, Lou worked for a reputable international Executive Search firm as a Principal Delivery Consultant working with fast growth VC and PE backed businesses. Before starting life in Executive Search, Lou enjoyed many years as an athlete playing hockey for England and in the Premier League.

Outside of work Lou is an F45 fanatic, plays hockey for Wapping and loves cooking. She also has a Dachshund called Sausage!
