Deanna Howe, PhD, RN, CNE, is a tenured professor in the Nursing Department at Albany State University, serving since September 2005. Currently, Howe is involved in the RN to BSN Completion Program, focusing on academic advisement, evaluation of student learning outcomes, and the development of online course content.
