Currently serving as Quality Manager at Albarrie Canada Limited, Nischal oversees the Quality Department across three separate divisions, leading ISO audits and continual improvement projects. Previously, Nischal held roles at S3 Group Ltd as a Production Planner and Purchaser, and at Surya Nepal Private Limited, where contributions included developing technical function plans, production planning, and implementing ISO 9001:2015 accreditation. Nischal's career also features significant achievements in establishing quality departments, enhancing Total Quality Management practices, and developing training programs. Nischal holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Ottawa and an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.
