Steen Albrechtsen

Steen Albrechtsen is a seasoned professional in the travel industry with extensive experience in product management and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Albatros Travel since April 2004, Steen specializes in the production and contracting of tours across Europe. Previous roles include Press Manager, responsible for managing press relations, and Quality and Service Manager, where Steen established a department focused on service quality and complaint resolution. Earlier experience includes a position as an Ekstern timelærer at Niels Brock from April 2006 to May 2014, and more than a decade at TUI/FRG and Star Tour Fritidsresor, where Steen was instrumental in managing various travel products, including TEMAREJSER and CLUB MED. Steen's educational background includes studies at Hammersmith and West London College and Niels Brock.
