Stephen Karl

Stephen Karl began their work experience in 2001 as a Management Consultant In-House at BASF. Stephen later became the Head of Agro Romania and Bulgaria at BASF from 2007 to 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the Managing Director and Industrial Farmer at an Industrial Operative Farm in Romania. Stephen then joined Bunge as the General Manager for Romania and Bulgaria from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, Stephen Karl became the UPL Head of Central & Eastern Europe and CIS, overseeing various aspects of the business in multiple countries. Their most recent role is as President Europe, Africa, Middle East at ALBAUGH EUROPE SARL, where they lead the production and sale of post-patent crop protection products in numerous markets.

Stephen Karl obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Industrial Psychology from Boston University between 1997 and 2001.
