David Long has over 35 years of experience in the agricultural science sector, focusing primarily on seed treatment and plant pathology. Currently serving as the Seed Treatment Technical Manager at Albaugh Inc. since September 2014, David is responsible for technical marketing and the development of innovative seed treatment solutions across various crop segments. Previous roles include Product Lead for Seed Care at Syngenta, where key brands were developed for specialty crops, and Technical Crop Manager, managing seed care projects in the southern United States. David's career began at Mycogen Corporation and includes research positions at Montana State University and the University of Arkansas, where a Ph.D. in Plant Pathology was earned.
