Celine Baudrillard

Celine Baudrillard is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Europe and North America within the Beauty Care business unit at Albéa Group since November 2022. Prior to this role, Celine held various positions at Fives, including HR Director for the Smart Automation Division and Group Talent Manager, where responsibilities included developing group mobility policies and career development programs for future leaders. Celine also worked as a Divisional HR Manager at Econocom and gained analytical experience as a Business Analyst at several firms, including Kodak Health Group and Milupa/Nutricia. Celine holds a Master 2 (M2) in Human Resources from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne and a Master’s degree in Business Studies from ESSCA.
