Leonardo Santos

Leonardo Santos has extensive experience in leadership roles within the packaging and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as VP & GM C&F Americas at Albéa Group since June 2014, where full P&L accountability for the region is maintained. Prior positions include General Manager, overseeing over 1500 employees and two plants, and various roles in sales, supply chain, and purchasing. Prior to Albéa, Leonardo worked at Crown Embalagens Metalicas da Amazonia S/A as Key Account Manager, focusing on new customer development and key account management, and held the Purchasing Manager position for multiple Brazilian plants. Earlier experience includes the Purchasing Manager role at Rexam, emphasizing supplier relations and inventory management, and as Export Analyst at Villares Metals. Leonardo holds an MBA in Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in International Business from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, along with English language training from ILSC in Vancouver.
