Erica Griffin

Erica Griffin has worked in various roles in the supply chain and manufacturing industries since 2013. Erica began their career in the Army National Guard as a Captain, Intel Officer in 2013. Erica then worked at Lockheed Martin from 2013-2018 in three different roles, including Senior Subcontracts Administrator (Orion and Special Programs), Manufacturing Planner II (Orion), and Manufacturing Planner (GPSIII Satellite). In 2018, they moved to PAE as an OCONUS Subcontract Administrator. From 2019-2022, they worked at Ball Aerospace as a Supply Chain Program Lead and Senior Category Lead (Optics). Currently, they are employed at Albedo as a Supply Chain Program Manager.

Erica Griffin attended Colorado State University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. Erica then returned to Colorado State University in 2019 and completed a Master of Business Administration in 2021.
