Zachary Bergen

Zachary Bergen has a diverse work experience in various fields. Zachary is currently working at Albedo as a Lead Image Science Engineer since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Staff Consultant at Ball Aerospace from May 2021 to June 2023. Zachary also served as a Scientist VII at General Atomics from February 2020 to May 2021. Before that, Zachary worked as a Senior Research Scientist at NEVA RIDGE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. from March 2017 to February 2020. Zachary also has experience working as a Staff Research Scientist at Lockheed Martin, a Principle Investigator/Engineer at Space Dynamics Laboratory, and a Principal Engineer at United Technologies Aerospace Systems. Additionally, they have worked as a Multispectral and Remote Sensing Scientist at Goodrich ISR Systems and served on the Board of Directors at RunBARE. Zachary also participated in the FBI Citizens Academy program provided by the FBI Citizens Academy - Denver - Alumni Association (FBICAAA) in 2018.

Zachary Bergen completed their Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from Georgia Institute of Technology from 1979 to 1982. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science in Physics at the University of Colorado from 1983 to 1985. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Physics from the University of Colorado Boulder during the same period.
