Catrina Sims has been working in the education field for over two decades, with experience in teaching, instructional coaching, and serving as a Title I Specialist. Currently, Catrina holds the position of Assistant Principal and Lead Coach for ELA & Title I at Albemarle County Public Schools. Catrina holds a Bachelors Degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies & Elementary Education and a Masters of Education with a Reading Specialist Endorsement from James Madison University.
