Ronald Dabney

Ronald Dabney is an accomplished technology and systems specialist with extensive experience in educational and municipal organizations. Currently serving as an Enterprise Application Specialist at Albemarle County Public Schools since July 2024, Ronald maintains a deep understanding of application development and communication of technical information to diverse audiences. Previous roles include Customer Relationship Management Application Specialist at Christian Aid Mission, IS Systems Analyst at UVA Community Credit Union, and Systems Analyst II for the City of Virginia Beach, where extensive project management and user support experiences were developed. Ronald's early career included positions as a Technology Coordinator at Calvary Revival Christian Schools and as an elementary teacher in various school districts. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Norfolk State University.
