Paul Rittenhouse is an experienced professional in the fields of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and education. Currently serving as the Geographic Information Systems Manager for Albemarle County since January 2023, Paul previously coordinated geospatial projects and taught at James Madison University from August 2011 to January 2023, supporting and innovating the "Geospatial Semester" program. Paul's extensive background includes a 15-year tenure as the Head Boys' Varsity Soccer Coach at Western Albemarle High School, leading the team to numerous regional and state championships. Additionally, Paul taught Geospatial Technologies and Ecology at Albemarle County Public Schools while working as a GIS Coordinator for Cardno TEC, Inc. between 2008 and 2011.
