Tim Padalino, AICP, serves as the Chief of Parks Planning for Albemarle County Parks & Recreation since April 2017, following a role as Senior Planner within the Albemarle County Community Development Department. Prior experience includes the position of Director of Planning & Zoning and Planner in Nelson County, Virginia from November 2011 to April 2017, as well as Project Manager at Community Development Studio in 2011. Tim also held a Planner role at Green Infrastructure Center Inc. and worked as a Landscape Designer at Design Workshop. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Urban & Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Penn State University.
