Allan Quaife

Allan Quaife is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process safety, project management, and engineering design. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Engineering and Design at Albemarle Corporation, Allan develops commercial scale direct lithium extraction in Chile, coordinating engineering interfaces among various stakeholders. Previously, as Manager Process Safety at Southwestern Energy, Allan enhanced safety culture, achieving significant improvements in safety performance. Allan's tenure at Noble Energy included roles as Process Safety & Risk Lead and Engineering Supervisor, where efforts focused on risk management and operational excellence, particularly in natural gas development for Israel. Early career experiences at Shell and Southern Nuclear involved project engineering and providing support for reactor systems. Allan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
