Jenny Nacu

Jenny Nacu serves as the Lithium Hydroxide Unit Leader at Albemarle Corporation since March 2021, managing a team of 19 union operators and overseeing the manufacturing of organometallic products. Jenny has been instrumental in bridging operational gaps, facilitating plant expansion, and enhancing production output through strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Production/Process Engineer at the same company and as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger, where project management and continuous improvement practices were key responsibilities. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, where involvement as an Apartment Residential Advisor and Undergraduate Researcher further showcased leadership and technical skills.
