John Gifford

John Gifford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, finance, and consulting. As the Senior Director of Global Real Estate and Facilities at Albemarle Corporation since July 2016, John oversees the real estate functions for a Fortune 500 global chemical company, managing a diverse portfolio of over 150 locations. Concurrently, John operates Gifford Consulting, providing expertise in accounting, finance, and real estate, and serves as a Broker with Latter & Blum specializing in Tenant Representation in Louisiana and Mississippi. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer with oversight of financial and operational management for a vast property portfolio, VP - Market President at Parkway Properties, and positions at the Louisiana Legislative Auditor and Darnall, Sikes & Frederick CPAs. John holds a BS in Accounting and History from Louisiana Tech University.
